Today started bright and sunny, so we went to the Pump Park to finish off the mulching we'd started last week. The Council's loader kindly filled our truck and trailer with woodchip mulch.
There was a surprisingly small turn-out for a Tuesday, but we emptied the load in half an hour. Then some of us went back to the nursery while two of us refilled the truck {by hand!) and 3 of us went to inspect the cemetery track at the Leamington Cemetery.
This track has a major staircase to deal with- 400 steps down and 4000 on the way back. Or so it seems. The uphill climb is hard work, even for the young man we met walking his dog. The track is in good order though, and we won't have to attend to it for some time. We could do some infill planting though.
